Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, orders placed on weekends start their journey the following week.

Tax, customs and duties

3DFusionPrint is based in Germany. Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and duties.

EU	No import taxes or fees.
Switzerland	7.7% import tax.
United Kingdom	Standard rate 20%
United States	Shipments under USD 800 are exempt from import fees. Shipments over USD 800 incur a 5.5% import tax.
Canada	Import taxes vary between 10% and 25%, depending on the province. For more information, please refer to your local authorities.
Hong Kong	No import taxes or fees.
Singapore	Shipments over S$400 are subject to an 8% GST.
United Arab Emirates	5% import tax.
Saudi Arabia	10% import tax.

International shipments returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties are subject to a handling fee of 20€. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
